Regular maintenance along with periodic checkups by a licensed heating professional are essential for continued safe and efficient operation of your furnace.

Your Safety Inspections includes the following and more:

GAS FIREPLACES:

1. Test for gas leaks.
2. Check for carbon monoxide.
3. Test millivolt reading on thermopile and or thermocouple.
4. Clean pilot assembly.
5. Clean and test fan.
6. Test safety switches.
7. Check gaskets and venting system.
8. Test on/off switch.
9. Clean and adjust burner.
10. Clean trim and glass.
11. Clean and reset logs.
12. Dress burner with new glowing embers.

1. Test for gas leaks.

3. Test safety controls.
4. Inspect vent pipes.
5. Check and lube motor, bearings, belt, pulleys.
6. Replace or clean air filter.
7. Check and clean condensation drain.
8. Clean and adjust main burners.
9. Clean and adjust pilot burner and/or flame rod.
10. Check temperature rise.
11. Test thermostat / set heat anticipator.

3. Bleed the system if required
4. Test pressure relief valve
5. Check & lube circ pumps
6. Test expansion tank
