Pro Gas quickly diagnosed and source a problem with our modern gas fireplace that other companies had given up on. Their efficiency saves money for the customer, I wished I had called Pro Gas first as I would have saved time and money. Pro Gas technical knowledge and experience would put them at the top of my list and would feel good to recommend them to anyone. Thanks for a job well done!

Kam, thanks for a job well done. So far the new furnace is all that you described it to be. In fact, this morning the thermostat indicated the furnace was running yet I had to go downstairs to make sure because I couldn't hear it - it was in fact running. It is not until the motor kicks into stage 2 that you can hear anything and even then not very much.
Certainly a dramatic improvement over the old furnace.

We have had Gas Pro Ltd. service our gas furnace for over the past three years, after many previous years of spotty results with numerous firms. Last year our furnace would not light during the first cold snap and we phoned Pro Gas, who were on the scene that afternoon, even with their heavy schedule. We have found them to be dependable and their technicians very knowledgeable.
This fall (2009) we had them install a high efficiency Bryant gas furnace and their price was competitive and their workmanship and attention to detail was very good. As this is an older house they had to do some problem solving, but the job was carried out efficiently and carefully.
Although it is early days, we are impressed with how constant the heat is being maintained and the quietness of the new Bryant; also our kitchen, which is located against two outside walls, is finally comfortably warm.
I can say that we are and have been very satisfied with Kam and his crew.

Pro-Gas Ltd. has maintained and serviced my furnace and gas fireplace for the past 15 years. As well, they installed a new high-efficiency unit a few months ago as my old furnace was no longer worth repairing.

They are very professional,knowledgeable about their product, and efficient during the annual inspections, and responded quickly when there was a problem.

The installation of the new furnace was completed quickly, with a minimum of disruption, a complete clean-up as well as removal of the old unit.

I highly recommend this company.
